General Questions about our video service

Will you make my video go viral?

Basically, we give your video the best possible chance of going viral. You can’t control what videos go viral, no one can, and that’s why they’re called viral videos. Whether your video will go viral or not depends mostly on the content and how much people love it. All we can promise is that we will get your video in front of as many people as possible. We cannot control whether they love it, just move on or send it to everyone they know and their mothers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards through Paypal. You can also send echecks through PayPal but keep in mind your order will be processed when the echeck clears. You may also pay directly with your Paypal account.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders are processed right away but we also manually check every order. This typically happens within 24 hours of the order being placed. This manual check is a security measure both to protect you as our client and to ensure each transaction is legitimate.
Is there any risk to my video or account if I use your services?

Absolutely not. We are social media marketing experts and we have never had any issues.

Are there restrictions on the kinds of videos you promote?

We do not accept videos that contain adult content and/or anything that doesn’t follow YouTube community guidelines.

Questions About Views & Bundled Packages

How long will it take for the view count on my video to increase?

We start sending views within a few hours after you send your order, but there might be a delay of 48-72 hours. The YouTube views count is NOT updated in real time and has a built-in delay.

Is the traffic you send really coming from real people?

Yes. They are real humans watching your videos, but don’t expect much, if any, interaction. We don’t target the views so receiving YT community feedback, such as comments or likes, should not be expected.

Can I use other services to promote my video at the same time you are?

We recommend that you do not do this. We depend on the official YT view counter to confirm we are delivering our services. Organic traffic is taken into account, but other strong promotions might not allow us to accurately deliver your order since the view count will be counting views from various sources.

Can I submit multiple orders at the same time for the same video?

Yes, you can, but we can only work on one order at a time, so your orders will be processed in the order they are received.

Are all of your views real? Do they come from unique IP addresses?

Yes, they are all real and come from unique IP addresses. Our traffic is usually 90%-95% unique each day.

Can I order Fast views with the bundled discount packages?

Yes, you can order Fast views with the bundled discount packages. Click the “Try It Now” button underneath the package you want on the GetMoreViews.net homepage. This will take your to the order form where you can choose to upgrade to Fast views.

Do you use any proxies or bots to send views?

No, we do not use any type of proxies or bots to send views. All of our views are real from legit sources.

Do your views show any referral sources?

Our views do not show as coming from a single referral source or website. If the views show a referral source at all, it typically shows up as Other-Viral or as coming from major social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter.

Can I order less than 5,000 views for my video?

The minimum order for Regular views is 10,000 and our minimum order for Fast views is 5,000.

Why are my views frozen?

YouTube’s system automatically freezes many videos around the 300-400 views mark while they analyze the traffic, and sometimes after that. We send real human views, so you have nothing to be concerned about. Your view count should unfreeze after a few days and the views should increase as planned.

Questions About Extras (Likes, Comments, Favorites, Subscribers, etc.)

Do you use software or bots to deliver favorites, subscribers, comments or likes?

No, we do not use any software to deliver favorites, subscribers, comments or likes. We have team members who manually click the like button, add the video as a favorite, write and post comments and manually subscribe to your channel.

Do you post all the YouTube Extras right away or spread them out over time?

We do NOT post all of the comments you order at once. This is very unnatural and could potentially raise suspicions with YouTube. Instead, we post them over a period of several days so that they go online in a natural way. The same goes for the likes, favorites and subscribers.

Are the comments relevant to my video?

Yes. Our comment writers post comments relevant to your video and the category that it is in.

Can you send comments in languages other than English?

For now, we only offer comments in English on the website. Currently, all of our comment posters are native English speakers from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
